Certified copies of certificates are available through the office for $10.00 each. We will mail you the copy once we receive your payment. Payment must be included along with the following information: (Please have as much information as possible to allow us to search our records:) - first and last name of student - date of birth - type of class taken - date of class ** Certificates older that three years may not be available. ** ** We are sorry that we are unable to search for copies on a walk-in basis at our office. ** |
