Six hour pre-licensing course
This course is required
for anyone age 17 and older applying for a driver's license for the first time. It consists of:
This class will prepare you for the written test at the Department of Public Safety. A passing score of 80% is required before a Certificate of Completion will be issued. We offer this class on Saturdays and Wednesdays at our Main Office (Florida and Monterrey), and in Hammond on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays. The class starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 3:30 PM. You must register at the door the day of the class between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. and have proper ID (birth certificate, Social Security card, passport, etc.). The fee is $40.00 - cash only! |
